Tons of yummy burger options. Not very healthy in general but tasty comfort food and pleasant service. Beware the tricky table... kiosk that easily tricks kids into making game purchases though. That's a little shady. Read more
I really wanted to love this location. While the staff was fabulous I was a little let down with the burger. There was a mile of... mayo on the bun and cheap shredded lettuce. I definitely would to see a nice piece of romaine lettuce or fresh baby spinach forthe price point. The bottom of the actual burger pattie was so black it made the meat crunchy. The fries were ok and the sideof broccoli was undercooked. The saving grace was definitely the service. Read more

So today we made a reservation for 12 people at your restaurant. We had had a 1 and a half hour wait. We finally were seated and... the booth they set up for us 12, was to small. We did not all fit. So we asked the worker who sat us down ( Named- Ricky O.*Short guy with glasses* and Im describing him because I know there's another waiter that works there with the same name Ricky) well we asked Ricky O. If he could possibly sit us at another table since we didn't all fit at the table. (I seen 4 empty tablesnearby) However he said No. We showed him the tables we seen available and even on the front side there was an empty table andhe still said No. He was going to sit other people there. I said "we had reservations, we had to wait 1-1/2 hours. But since thebooth you sat us in didn't fit us all, why can't you sit us at another table?" He said "Did you hear what i just said? No Ican't cause I am going to sit other people that are waiting" So my family of 6 had to leave. I know the other waiters I have hadin the past have been excellent. First timer at red ribbon... It was good.. i went with the burning love burger ... Have to have jalapenos in my burger and this... one was perfect for me... And the fires are bottoms less so that's good and they are delicious... Also tried their strawberrymilkshake.. they give u a to cups on milkshake one in a fancy cup and they give you another cup with the rest of your milk shakein.. so that cool...
