Mabe it was a long day. The place was dirty bags, cups,trash on the tables and condament table no ice just about all flavors of... soda was out. Just need to keep it clean. Read more
I ordered online and it said it?ll be ready in 43 minutes. I get there to pick up my order and they said it was an additional 20... minutes . An hour passed and went to ask and said it wasn?t ready . I asked for a refund because it was more than an hour waitand they refused to give me a refund . This employee, white male , mustache, green eyes was very rude to me and told me if Ididn?t want to wait longer to leave and would not refund me my money. I asked to speak to a manager and he handled the situationvery odd and let the white guy speak rudely to me and sided on his side to not give me a refund. I asked for their names andthey refused to tell me , and i said I was gonna call whoever is in charge of that location and they both answered? they?re not gonna do anything about it .? I doubt that guy was the manager because if he really was he wouldn?t of handle the situationlike he did . Or let the other guy speak to me like he did. This location in Palmdale has terrible customer service , I?vewitnessed that the employees joke around and play around too much while working on orders. This is why they get so behind onorders. I?ll start off with the pros, the food was good once we finally received it. Now to the cons, they took forever! We ordered... enough food for just two people so quantity wasn?t the issue. As we were ordering I asked a question about the lemon pepperseasoning, a prior order I?d received had an EXTREMELY fishy smell and taste. So naturally I asked if they added fish oil orsomething. The cashier looked baffled and another employee eaves dropping on the conversation spoke up. She missed what Iactually asked and attempted to act like I was asking for fish (as though I was dumb), so said, ?we sell chicken here? which waspretty funny to us given no one was talking to her and she heard it wrong. We waited 30+ minutes after ordering to actuallyreceive our food. There?s definitely a staff issue there (they?re impolite) but the food, as I?ve said is decent. Read more
