I ordered NO MAYO, and it?s always the same /: Their phone number never works .
Really they have the worst night manager trainer (pink hair lady) and the worst customer service I asked for a quarter p. burger... without cheese (i repeat 5 times without cheese at the drive thru)and they added 2 pieces, it took 25 min to give me my orderand it was only one meal nothing complicated when I asked for my money back after 20 min the lady night manager (pink hair)acted with the worst attitude. My cousins might've gotten too exited for them to order what was on the menu, but the cashier 'John' knew what all of them were... saying and got the order right (which I was surprised). I have not gotten into a McDonald's ever since the pandemic started. Coming back to my closest McDonald's and dine-in with my... family was a good experience. Not only the cashier had our order correct from all the confusion, he was more patient and caringfor our misunderstanding and mistakes from removing and adding more in the order. I was expecting for our order to take longbecause of the line outside, we intend got it more sooner than I expected. I opened my order and there was a bite taken out of my burger .it was right before closing and the workers seemed to be a bunch... of kids goofing around. I don't know if it was done on purpose or maybe the burger thought it was delicious and took a selfbite. Either way i threw it in the bin , don't come here expecting good food.
