in the past the service and food was good but now a days the food quality has slipped. my prime rib was over half fat and i... understand prime rib can be a bit fatty but half?. tasted great but the portion was well under half. in asking how they did, ibrought it to their attention, i didn?t ask for a return , i didn?t ask for money back or money off, i asked for a piece ofprime rib equal to half what was fat. nothing was offered, nothing was discussed. customer lost, ive patronized them since theday they opened. lesson learned. not all restaurants are built on the same principles.
