We just left this Arbys, this place is atrocious, my wife?s curly fries were cold so she took them back up to the counter to let... them know; they threw her fries BACK IN YHE TRAY??to heat them up? ???? we ordered 2 kids meals, they forgot the toys in each,mixed up the kids orders, asked for BBQ sauce they gave us Marinara, incompetent staff, another guest that was there at the sametime we were, her chicken Sandwich ???? was RAW in the middle? I waited in line for almost 20 minutes from the time I got in line at the drive thru, up until I finally got my food. I know... this one has always been a little slow, however this evening was ridiculous. Even once I got up to the window to pay and get myfood, I sat there for about 5 minutes. Waited 25 minutes in line to get my food. While waiting I got to watch employees scratching head, arms without wearing any... gloves, or hair net then going to grab my fries with same Unwashed bare hands.
