This is the second time we have had our order messed up. Tired to figure away they could help fix it. But they truly don?t seem... like they care to much about the customers. Treble customer service. Will have to find a better Quality restaurant. Don?tunderstand that without customers you have No business. Ample parking as its in a shopping center. Clean bathrooms. Staff is friendly although often seem like they are rushing around.... Sushi selections are on point and always fresh and vibrant. You can watch them make the sushi at the bar. The counter isslightly cluttered. Big food selection. This is an Asian setup, so no noodles or yum yum sauce. Love this place! So happy they are once again open for dine-in. The food is delicious and the staff is exceptional.
For the first time I ordered and the woman there was extremely rude then hung up. These Asian places in VA need to be more... courteous. I have traveled all across the country. Heading out to see how the food is. They should consider that some people arehired to give reviews on restaurant performance and interaction with the customers. Read more
