Thanksgiving 2022 was completely chaotic! Got put at a table w/o any introduction no silverware or menu. Turkey was running out... at 6:30 ran to get buffet food since they closed at 7:00. No drinks until we were having dessert, or water. Forever to get checkand get out. So disgusting the lack of preparation for an established restaurant. Read more

Thanksgiving Dinner 2022. We had reservations for 6:30 pm. When we arrived we were seated fairly quickly (this is the only... plus). I was surprised this was a buffet for the price (my bad as I didn't notice it was a buffet when making reservations). When seated we waited for someone to provide us with a wine/drink menu - never happened we were able to obtain the wine menufrom a table that was no longer using theirs. We were told that the buffet would close at 7:00 pm so we rushed to get someturkey and other buffet items. To our surprise the roast was nowhere to be seen. Later the turkey was gone but they did havesome roast. We finally ordered a glass of wine part way through dinner and got it when we were ready for desert. That is whenthe water came also. The desert was dry and wasn't very tasty. They never came around to ask if we would like another glass ofwine. It was like they never did a buffet before. Getting the check and paying was arduous. Harry's Hofbrau would have beenbetter for sure. This was meant to be a special dinner for myself an my new spouse but not to be. This was my first experiencethere and it was a disaster. For around $200.00 each everything could have been better. They had reservations and knew thenumber of people that would be there and when so they failed to prepare for those guests. Read more
