People are crazy giving this place more that 3 stars. They do not understand that having a restaurant is not about food is about... an experience. Is a place to share a good moment. Well this place have the worst service in town. Girls at the Front doordon’t care about you at all. They say 10 minutes and you have to ask 3 times for your table while they are dancing not payingattention. We need to tell them that the tables were ready to clean for 15 minutes. Then the experience of the system : you haveto order on line and the app doesn’t work well. But nobody asks you if you could order. The food is ok. The have tablesoutside and are pet friendly. But please don’t go if you want to have a good time. Horrible place. Read more

A great place with a nice atmosphere. We visited Palo Alto city center around noon on a weekend day in search for bottomless... Mimosas and high-energy food. Nola turned out to be just the right place. Tables and bar indoor, and sunny tables on the frontof the restaurant. Order were placed using a qr-code on the cell. Service was fast. Food and drinks were perfect. Will comeback! Read more

First time back here since 2019 and the food didn’t disappoint. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Table was... in the street so we didn’t get to experience the atmosphere of inside. Pretty busy for a Tuesday night, I wassurprised. Service is now done on the phone, scan the code, place your order. The servers are efficient and food and drinks arebrought out super fast. Unfortunately, you lose the personal connection from your servers this way. It wasn’t until we werealmost ready to leave that someone came and asked how our meal was or started to take away some of our plates (even theappetizer ones that were finished for quite some time). Enjoyed the small “mini” 3 oz drink for $5 as I can’t drink much. This was perfect for me! All in all a good night with good food and good company. Our table had a lot, all photographed. Itried the Mini Bourbon Street, BBQ Shrimp and Grits, Fried Green Tomatoes, and the Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffee. Delicious! Read more

While the food here is great, some of the portion sizes could be better. For instance, we ordered cheesy bread and got 2 pieces.... We ordered guacamole and got very few chips (not enough to finish the guacamole. Prices are pretty high, but it's typical, giventhe area. I had the chicken and waffles and while the dish was good, it was slightly too salty and doesn't compare to authenticchicken and waffles. Read more
