I've been sitting here for over 25 minutes waiting for my food. It does not take 20 minutes to fry chicken. There are 15 people... behind the line. Apparently only one of them knows how to work a register. None of them have any sense of urgency. They allavoid eye contact. None of them smile. They all seem to be looking busy without doing much. We got the pacific bowls (one with chicken katsu and one with steak) and they were quite yummy. My main complaint is only that I... wish I got more food for the price - definitely think this bowl could have benefited from some veggies besides thelettuce/cucumber/carrot mini salad situation. I will say the ginger sauce on the salad was delicious as was the miso spicy Mayo.The chicken katsu was a bit dry and could have been more flavorful but overall pretty solid for a fast casual place!
