Lou Malnatis continues to pleaae at this Palos location. Their dish dish pie is always the same wherever I go, delicious! A... thin and tall crispy wall surrounds the outer rim. Not a thick and doughy hip, but rather a firm and crispy lip. The sauce isalways on top of the cheese which locks it down and aims to please. Did you know they have thin crust too?
