What a horrible experience! We waited at our table for more than 40 minutes and one breakfast came incomplete. Later, she... brought me my hash browns with cheese. I never ordered it with cheese. The service was excellent. The host seated us immediately and we were waited upon within a couple minutes. The waitress was... extremely friendly and very attentive to our drinks and any of our requests. She had a wonderful personality and ensured ourdining experience was wonderful. She received 5 stars because she deserved it. This was probably my worst experience with a Cracker Barrel. This is my favorite breakfast place, but I was super disappointed... yesterday. I had less than a 10 minute drive home from the restaurant and when I got there nothing was warm. The hashbrowncasserole was okay. In my opinion, the portion was a little small for ordering it as a single side item. The biscuits weren'tsoft like they usually are. I had to microwave them to soften them. Also, as you can see the cups of gravy weren't filledcompletely and the amount of gravy didn't match the number of biscuits. I had 6 biscuits and enough gravy for 3 of them. Clean , excellent atmosphere for looking around inside. Lots of old tools and signs on walls. Fire place. Fried Catfish very... tasty. 1 complaint would be frozen butter hard to spread on rolls.
