Had the worst experience ever. Went around lunch and ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 was wrong and I went back and was treated like a... liar. This is more or less for all locations. Due to COVID, we use online food delivery services at work everyday. Have been for over... a year ordering the Famous Philly CHEESE STEAK. now, ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY TOOK IT OFF OF BOTH ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES WEUSE. So I went to use their online and it is not on their delivery options either. it is on their menu but apparently if I wantone, I have to go to an actual location to get it. Looks like I'm eating somewhere else for a while. Two of us order it all thetime and are highly disappointed we cant order that sandwich anymore. EDIT: In reply to the owners comment. At the time I wrotethis, this sandwich was not available online at all. period. It seems to be now after the fact.
