WARNING!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE FOOD!!! They sat me at a dirty booth and didn?t clean the table. I thought they were coming... back to clean it WRONGO. They served cold chips and dip and I told them the table needed to be cleaned. The service only gotworse. Server didn?t know the menu so couldn?t answer my questions. I ordered and the food sat until finally she came back and Itold her I have no silverware and no napkin. They didn?t even apologize for any of this. The cheese wasn?t melted when itarrived and was cold even before it got to my table. She wanted to charge me and I asked her to take it off my bill. So I wascharged $7 for a pop and the complimentary chips. Read more
This place always delivers on the remarkably rare combination of efficient seating (never waited more than 20 minutes), good... service and consistently great food, all at prices much cheaper than the Beach. With most restaurants in the the 4.5 star area,and truly most of them are average, Pepper's really stands out. The place isn't pretentious, just comfy, relaxed and efficient. Read more

This has been our go to Mexican restaurant in Panama City for several years. Today was a huge letdown. My shredded chicken taco... salad was decent, but when we tried to order two hard tacos, the problems started. We were told we could only get three tacos. Imentioned that we always get two shredded chicken tacos when we eat here. The waiter said we had to order the three tacos. Itold him we didn?t want the platter, just three tacos. When our food arrived, I got my taco salad and my wife got something thatmost definitely was NOT three tacos. It was a platter with two rolled tortillas and a plate full of other options. We had tocall someone else over because the food was dropped off so quickly. We told him we were expecting three tacos, no sides. Heasked if it was flour or corn shells and we told him corn. After too long of a wait, our waiter brought three soft tacos withshredded chicken, with a platter. We sent this back asking for the hard shell tacos. Finally, when I was almost done, theybrought the hard tacos, with a platter, with what appeared to be grilled chicken chopped up and unexpected toppings. Tired ofwaiting, my wife ate this. This order turned out to be ?street? tacos. They were the blandest chicken we?ve had at Peppers. Thiswill probably be our last visit to this restaurant. Co-workers and I went out and enjoyed the buy one get one margaritas. We had a great time, the drinks were strong, and our... waitress was friendly. They have a to-go drink option where you can buy margarita by the gallon which is nice. The food wasgood, not great but still good. Only complaint it is that it's incredibly loud, to the point you have to shout to be heard, andcan barely hear the waitstaff. Overall good experience, would definitely go again! Read more
