Literally don't know why I try and get food from this specific store anymore. My order is wrong every single time. I don't... understand how listening to and giving the customer the right order is difficult. Super friendly staff but they all needretrained. Read more
Placed app order for 6 route 44 drinks. Paid and added tip. Waited almost 20 mins. In the meantime, watched the employees... sitting around talking. Finally pushed button and was told they were out of RT 44 cups but they couldn?t refund my money becauseit was an app order. Worst sonic ever. Dirty and poor customer service. Read more
Value and service today but quality sufferd. What exactly were these yellowish chunks in my chocolate classic shake? The jumbo... popcorn chicken was mostly tiny crispy bit. The chili dog was luke warm. The route 44 half and half sweet tea was delicious butquite sure it was lemonade and tea. The lemonade was spot on. Read more
First time we went was OK, second time they messed up our order, fixed it, and as we drove away we saw we still didn't get what... we ordered! Never apologized for the mess up and never said thank you. For me, common courtesy, even at a fast food place,should be expected and part of the job. Read more

My wife ordered a small ice cream with Butterfinger topping and I ordered a medium iced coffee with caramel. The ice cream was... GREAT because they put plenty of topping in it.
