Took quite some time to even be addressed by the staff, although they were having a good time. Ordered online, waited awhile for... the food, then longer for the cookies. I ate in store vs carry out as a result of the wait. Yep...all 20 nuggs before cookieswere delivered. The staff was by no means impolite, just not attentive. Food was reliable... nuggs were barely warm (but nuggscan be eaten at room temp) but the cookies were freshly baked! Yumm... Read more
I go to this McDonald's Monday through Friday and I have never had an issue. This morning I went and got my normal and the order... was incorrect. That's not the issue I understand humans make mistakes and it's just a small mess up I got the wrong sandwich.The problem I have is when I go back through and pull up to the first window and explain I got the wrong sandwich she held herhand out and said "okay but what kind"? I then told her the sandwich I was supposed to get she then shut the window came backout of the window with what I ordered on a receipt and said "pull up to the next window". I'm pretty sure she was some sort ofsupervisor as her shirt was different I'm not sure but to make a mistake and work with customers and customer service you shouldprobably be apologetic an excuse the mistake that was made. I'm assuming she really hated her job and looked really miserablebut your customers are top priority and fast food and you ma'am have a few things to work on and I hope that this is notmanagement treating customers this way. Just came from Paola McDonald's. We go all the time. The kids wanted to go in so we decided that we would. A girl came to wait... on us and then another girl told her to look at her phone asap. Then she told us to hold on and walked away to answer her phonethen came back and told us unfortunately you guys have to leave. We asked why? Her response was the last time we were there wewere told that we were no longer welcome in the store and we needed to leave. This obviously confused us because this NEVERHAPPENED!!!! We asked what we did to get banned she could not tell us. We then asked who told her that and she said her manager.we asked which one and she told us she could not tell us that either. I then name dropped 2 of the managers I see on a dailyand she said it was not them. So I let her know that I would speak with them tomorrow. Her face looked like she had seen a ghostand we walked out with kids crying and very confused. I had one of my kids say to us that it hurt her heart. What in the world?My only guess is that they either thought we were someone else. Or the last time we were in there at night I told the daymanager that they were riding an electric scooter out of the kitchen into the eating area. Maybe they got in trouble and wereholding a grudge idk I will find out in the morning. Read more

I frequent this McDonalds every couple of weeks or so (drive thru only, not inside); usually a simple Frappe order in the... morning and regular meal with happy meals for lunch. Service has always been super friendly, fast and i have never have had areason to complain about the quality of food. I feel this is one of the better McDonald's that I have been to. Read more
