Supposed to be free kids water ice day. Did not honor the free water ice. Don't go to this location. Poor service.
The young lady Tori (sp?) was busy talking to her mom Alicia and I am assuming her sister (she drives a dark convertible) when... we were standing in line for a while . Then other people showed up and if it wasn't for the other young lady Anna who was veryfriendly and very helpful and sweet then customers would not be helped.... ( There's a time and place to take a photo and beproud of somebody but not when it is 645 after dinner rush).. Read more
Rita's Water Ice is awesome. I showed up right at closing and the staff gave me the 2 soft pretzels they had left for free... because they were just going to throw them away. Get a Blendini. Read more
