Came in (for our first time) to place a to-go order after work. Let's start with the good...the woman who eventually took our... order was pleasant. The crab Rangoon loaded fries, gluten free Parmesan garlic wings and brocolini were great. Note to my fellowgluten free friends, the GF wings are breaded so don't be alarmed. I even had to ask for clarification. Now, with the less thangood...from the start there was absolutely NO greeting when we came in nor a "We'll be right with you", nada. The restaurant wasnot even busy around 4pm. The staff seemed to either look right through or over me and my husband. SUPER slow service! One kindlady asked if we had been helped sometime after we had been sitting at the bar WITH menus that I had to ask for. She saidanother woman would take our order. And we continued to wait. We even contemplated walking out. While we were sitting waiting atthe bar I took note of a woman standing near us at the bar for an extended time (also not greeted or told she would be assistedsoon). She was there to pick up an order. Finally, when she was attended to she received an apology for her wait. Then anotherguy came in to pick up his phone order...his order was lost because they took his name down wrong. And still...we waited, atleast our order was put in by that time. When our order came we literally could have walked out without paying because the womannever cashed out our order. Only because we are honest folks we told the lady we had not paid yet. All in all...we were veryunderwhelmed with the customer service and attentiveness of the staff. The food was great. Amazing first experience. We ordered 2 different pizzas and wings. One of our pizzas came out made wrong and immediately they... told us they were remaking it. The upped the size of the remake and brought it out to us quickly. Food tasted amazing. Bestwings in town. McKenna was a great server who offered recommendations off the menu and was very attentive! First time here, apparently the menu had just changed, so staff were still getting acquainted with the new items. Super Supreme... 12-inch pizza was great, generous with the toppings, gooey melted cheese, soft crust with crispy edges. Ordered a full HouseSalad and either got the Side version or the full size is underwhelming. Service was nice. Space is big and open, including sortof a mezzanine level, and sound bounces around a fair bit. Wasn't too busy for a late weekend lunch. Could accommodate groups.Plenty of screens around the whole place to watch a variety of sports. Read more
We have always had a great experience with Copps Pizza. I actually find that they are one of the better Pizza selections in... Papillon and Bellevue. I think their menu is super fun, their side dishes are great, and they feature local beer. Read more

We usually order out from Copps (maybe that's the problem) and 100% of the time they get it wrong. We've ordered delivery about... 10 times hoping for something better. Tonight I ordered online, as usual for me. They are using a new service, which wasglitchy and slow. I paid $60 for two 12" pizzas, plus delivery. Which, for that price, you'd expect the pizza to be amazing. Weplaced an order for one keto pizza with bacon and chicken and one half pepperoni, half cheese. The keto pizza arrived soggy,raw, and inedible. The other pizza arrived well cooked, and tasty. However it was all pepperoni, instead of half pepperoni. Iprobably would have overlooked this if the keto pizza weren't disgusting. This is the final time we are ordering from Copps.Our orders are consistently incorrect and it's overpriced for what you receive. I do want to add that service in the restaurantis always amazing, but the food is always lacking. Read more
