The Fuego Ramen bowl was outstanding. One of the best I have ever had. Flavor was great, the buffalo chicken skin and charred... chicken thighs in the ramen were perfectly cooked. My wife had the Spicy Miso and I think it might have been even better. TheGochujang Sausage in the Spicy Miso is something you have to experience. This place was delicious. The restaurant is airy and clean. Our lunches were delicious. The service was great. Everything was... amazing. I had the vegetarian ramen. I had never had mushroom bacon before... and I greatly enjoyed it. Everything about thedish was on point. My kiddo has the miso ramen and she said it was delish. Fried calamari is the best I had, worth 5 stars. Tonkatsu is good if not too salty. Sho yo ramen is weird because it?s too salty... and sweet at the same time. Chicken son is also too sweet. Read more
