Amazing view and intimate loungey bar. Octopus was perfectly cooked and specialty cocktails were delicious.
What an amazing experience. We had just hiked the Echo Canyon Trail on Camelback and were in search of an afternoon cocktail... so we thought we would try the Jade Bar. What an amazing place. Melissa was so friendly and accommodating and made ourexperience there one of the best being our last day visiting Scottsdale. Our conversation was great and her recommendationswere amazing. Visited this bar to admire the sunset. While it does not face west and catching the sunset requires standing on the outdoor... patio of the Elements restaurant, Jade is a beautiful bar with a floor to ceiling panoramic window and a pleasant patio. Theservice was attentive and friendly. Read more

Emailed the manager mid November but didn't receive a response so posting here. We visited the Jade bar to have a cocktail and... watch the sunset. We also ate dinner. From the outset we felt very rushed to get in and out. We ordered two Mekong cocktails ?which were lovely. But we weren?t allowed to finish them as halfway through enjoying our cocktails the starters of wagyudumplings and calamari were served. A cocktail such as the Mekong is not a great accompaniment to such starters. We anticipatedwe would have time to enjoy our cocktails and then order wine for each course. I can?t speak for my friend who dined with meand who seemed to quite like the dumplings ? but the calamari were, quite frankly, terrible. Not only was the plate mostlytentacles, but the plate ended up being a soggy mess. In addition to the ?fiery? sauce accompaniment (which was nice), there wasalso some creamy sauce on top and a very liquid sauce on the bottom. I left more than half the plate. Despite that, the serverdidn?t ask whether I enjoyed the dish. Perhaps they are used to people not eating it. Next up ? the Wild Isles Salmon. The dishwas served swimming in a sea of acrid tasting oil/grease. The lemon sorbet ? which was sorely needed after the salmon ? wasnice. We visited the venue on recommendation and will likely visit again when next in Arizona. But based on our experience,will likely only visit for drinks and the view, as opposed to dinner. Read more
