I haven’t had CPK for a long time, very nostalgic having it again. I everything is just how I remembered it to be. Food is... good for what it is, fast casual. It’s not the most amazing pizza but it’s childhood for me. The Thai chicken and BBQChicken pizza are my go to here. We ordered ahead and take out is really efficiently done here. Service is quick and friendly.They have a lot of seating if you want to dine in, we opted to takeout to eat with our friends that wanted something else in thefood court. We were happy to dine here because the CPK location by us in westchester has closed. We sat at the bar and Nick took very good... care of us! He is personable, professional and fun to talk to. Carne Asada pizza and Kun pau noodles were great, the service on the other hand was non-existant we asked for a soup that never... came she only came at the beginning of to take our orders and at the end to give us our check never did she check of we weredoing well she would have noticed that the order wasn't complete mind you she had a full blown conversation with the customersbehind us. Waooo my first time been in this Restaurant and to be honest with you waooo. The food is amazing some complaints about the... waitress but nothing mayor. Only one issue, I order and appetizers and the appetizers never arrived, I got my food and was soamazed by it that I forgot about the appetizers and went i got home realized i never got it. Check my receipt and i was chargewith and appetizers that i never got. I know is my fault by not checking my receipt before pay but I don’t blame therestaurant it was my fault. It's been a while since I had service this bad at a restaurant. The food was tasty, but I won't be back for a while. Our waiter... was only interested in selling us $100 gift cards or take-home $8 pizzas, he paid virtually no attention to us after we declinedboth and that trend seemed to hold true for his other tables. Free refills? Good luck. Need a straw? Grab your own. Order adesert? Better ask another member of the wait staff to get it because you can see it's been waiting for 5 minutes and the icecream is melting. Call me old fashioned, but I like having spare dishes cleaned off my table between courses. Here, you get topractice creatively stacking plates and silverware to make room for the next item.
