Food is disgusting, literally tastes like freezer burn even the sodas are disgusting they taste like seltzer water no matter... what kind you get?.. should be shut down honestly. Over cooked, dry, flavorless, I ordered the 16 piece with 2 flavors.... Santa Fe (hot) and Southwest Cajun dry rub (hot). There... was NO SAUCE AND NO DRY RUB. I'll be calling customer service also (everyone has a corporate number) this is beyond ridiculous.The curly fries was the only good thing about it, I didn't wanna loose any teeth trying to eat the chicken branch. The service: Ordered a 16pc Bone-In wing combo & never received the fries. QC/QA is absolutely absent. I was able to call and... get a partial refund for the missing items, but items being packed ?to go/curbside? should be inspected & insured for accuracybefore leaving the door.
