So unfortunate that what used to be an amazing Panera has lost so much credibility. Service was horrible. Customers like myself... waited 30 minutes or more for our food. Utensils were dirty. Floor was wet and could have caused for someone to slip and fall.When the employees were addressed about these issues they were nasty and told patrons they had a lot of orders and they couldrefund money of they wanted it. This is a nice Panera in Paramus Park. Very easy to get to - don't need to walk through the whole mall. Food was good,... restaurant was clean. Read more
They have a really nice staff and management but not very clean for dine in.
I ordered to dine in, when my food was ready they just set it to the side with out acknowledging me its ready. I went to ask for... my things and started looking at my orders I noticed how my Chipotle chicken wrap with avocado was a very messy display and mysons bacon and egg on brioche was instead a egg and cheeze, when I went to tell them about the mistake they just took it andadded a cold piece of bacon in it ????.This was for my son and I just had to throw everything out. I also ordered a fruit cupand never recieved it but was charged for it. I didn't bother anymore with this place because it's rediculous to have tocontinue asking for my stuff, didn't enjoy this spot at all. Read more

Environment wise is OK, but salad I ordered was quite not enough or fresh, dressing is not enough. They don't have any standard... how much salad or dressing in. Sometimes you get more, and sometimes you get much less depends who serves. Update: either theyare short on staff or they need to be more active out there to clean dishes and mop floor. Read more
