The food is decent, but your staff need to change their attitude towards your customers, mainly the teens.
Awful place to eat! Their service is slow, employees are rude, and the food is usually cold. Spent $44 on 4 burgers, 4 fries,... and 3 drinks. All the burgers were order with cheese, not a single one ended up having cheese on it. Then the employee takingour order made a rude comment about our order being so big! The fries were soggy and cold. If you order at the drive thruprepare to be waiting at least 15 mins for any order. Read more
Very irritating experience. We ordered something on the menu and were told they didn't have that. We told her it was on their... menu and what it included. She said she would talk to her manager about how to ring it in. When we got to the window, she saidthey don't have it anymore. The manager said there was no button for it. We said, that wasn't our fault, it is on their menu.She would not adjust it. I've worked fast food, I know it can be done. This is a horrible manager that doesn't understandcustomers pay her salary.
