Favorite Dunkin so far. They always get my order right and very friendly staff especially Pam! She is the best.
I have never seen a more poorly managed place as this! Why do your regular people that use the app always have to wait... 15+minutes?? This is the second time I have waited for a curbside pickup. After 15 minutes I go around and get in the drivethru. As i get to the window the guy that is at the drive through walks away to take my drink to the curbside spot. After 20mins!! This Dunkin location is terrible!!! Lesson learned. Never again Paris Dunkin! Read more
Used the app and chose curbside pickup. After checking in it took a good 45minutes to an hour. (we waited bc they were decently... busy and my husband refused to go in to ask for our order or to back up to the drive thru) now when the girl brought the 12donuts and 4 drinks out(yep that's all we got) she said she was sorry it took so long. And we were nice and said no problem, itwas fine we just wanted to get our stuff and go home. On the way home however we noticed we didn't get straw's for the drink's(no a huge deal) but then I noticed a bug in my drink(like it happens but dang it by that point it kinda made me upset) so longstory short we got home, poured out my drink. At least the other drinks didn't seem to have bugs in them so that was fine. Read more
