If I could give ZERO stars then I would. 3:00 pm today Saturday august 6th... Every single worker except for one skinny young... guy... We're all extremely lazy incompetent and incredibly rude. Like you were burdening them by just placing your order. Keptgetting it wrong and when politely told about it grabbing the food and huffing off... Just ridiculous. Avoid at all costs... The drive thru was about to close and, while I understand being tired after a long day, the attendant was extremely rude and cut... us off four times to talk to someone in the restaurant. Then proceeded to try and guess what we had ordered, only to get itwrong. That caused more attitude and an even longer ordering process...which caused her to tell the person behind us "I don'tcare if you were behind them, we are CLOSED." turned off the sign and quickly handed us our order when we got to the window.There was still two minutes until they closed when she turned the sign off and refused service to the car behind us. We havebeen to this location multiple times, which is why I gave 2 stars, otherwise it would have received 1 star. The food at thislocation is generally good, but the service is usually lacking and somewhat rude. This time, however, was ridiculous. Read more
Order on the app! when get there was told my payment doesn't go through i pay again! And notice I have two charges of the same... amount on my card i have to go inside talk to the (manager) just to waste my time! Have to wait 4 to 5 business days to see if Igot charged double or not!
