We came in and gave it a shot. It?s a newer place here and just finding it?s groove. My brother and I both ate the Bison ????... Burger I?ve eaten yummy Bison Burgers at ( Maddox here in Utah) and comparing them is night and day. It?s average sadly a 5 outof 10, my brother got an upset stomach from his for a few hours. I mean that nicely. My mother and sister in law had the Fishand Chips and loved it. My daughter had the chicken strips and the meat was super tough so that was an absolute fail. The chipsand salsa that they serve with the Bison Burger or as an appetizer wasn?t very good and the salsa tasted like PACE Picante theysell at the grocery store. It was a fail as well. We ate at a lot of different restaurants around Park City. To be honest, this was the only place we came back to twice. The... restaurant is simple but the burgers and the employees are fantastic. It's a young staff that just gets the job done quickly -no frills / no attitude. The burgers are great (substitute the onion rings for the standard chips). Everything in Park City ispricey so reviews that are concerned with price should be ignored. The food quality/amount to value ratio is perfect. Thedrinks are good as well. Your standard bar in the middle of Park City's downtown. The buffalo burger was pretty great, as were the fries. Not nearly as... nice as their sister property No Name Saloon next door, which has better ambiance and a cute rooftop. Read more
The burger was good and the house chips were surprisingly delicious, but I found it way too expensive for what it was. Perhaps... it's the location, but it's a bit overpriced. The ambiance is a bit divey. The waitstaff is very attentive and great, though! Read more
