We only ate at the restaurant. The service was 5-star, the food quality and taste were zero stars. We had a party of 7, only 1... entree was edible. We should have sent the food back and walked out. The absolute worst value I?ve ever experienced. Read more
WOW. The food experience was immaculate. Flavors were all on point and the service was wonderful. Fondue is a must-have along... with the schnitzel. Not to mention the chocolate fondue for dessert. They have homemade marshmallows that will forever put othermarshmallows to shame! If you want a fine dining experience with exceptional food and a unique atmosphere this is worth it allthe way. We went to the restaurant at Goldener Hirsch for dinner. It far exceeded our expectations. Previously we have dined at Bouchon... Bistro and The French Laundry in CA. I have to say the quality of our dinner was as good as what we had at the French Laundry. Chef Nicolas at GH uses fresh local ingredients in a masterful way. The presentation of the dishes was perfect. The bread anddeserts were amazing. Serving staff was very attentive. I always thought I would have to travel back to Yountville, CA forincredible dining, but it's right here in Utah at the Goldener Hirsch in Deer Valley. Don't miss it. Read more
