EDIT- Never knew 3-5days equated to 2.5 weeks. Again, tried to emphasize employee training in a polite way? but I realize... there?s no help to be done here. Improper storage guidance provided by an employee. Took calling twice, to reach anyone thatcould assist, even though contact information was left the first time. We simply wanted a replacement of said item. Franchiseowner laughed at me on the phone, offering a ?courtesy replacement this one time,? as if I was making it up and made me feellike a dumb ***. No apology. Simply said, just disrespectful. Lesson learned, I won?t return. I don?t care where you?re from, ifyou want returning customers, do not treat someone with such blatant disrespect. Absolutely amazing place!! The fudge is great, the ice cream is awesome and the gummy worms are incomparable to anywhere else! ... (Not to mention all the other great stuff!) Not only are the treats amazing the staff is always super nice and friendly. During the holidays they made us great gift baskets there were so well enjoyed! Absolutely a fantastic snack stop in town. This slice of confection heaven is one of the most treasured new additions to Parker! The local owners are great people and... their staff is so friendly and helpful. Brought home some almond toffee, milk chocolate pecan turtles and cappuccino chocolatechip ice cream. My husband (who loves anything chocolate with nuts) - swore nothing was ever as good as the place where he grewup back east. That is until Kilwins came into our life! The Valentine Buckets I put together for my kids this year had literallythe best red licorice I?ve ever tasted and the caramel apples didn?t make it through breakfast. Read more
