My fiancé and I went to Mici this evening, and were greeted by a lovely young lady by the name of Caroline. She greeted us with... a warm welcome and smile. She took our order and came to make sure everything was great. So professional and super courteous.Will go back on many occasions because of her. You have never met anyone like her. Food quality has gone down the tank! Cheese pizza was totally burnt. It's not easy to screw up cheese pizza.

Mici's quality and customer service have really declined over the course of the past year. We recently ordered takeout for... Father's day, and discovered the lasagna (which we've had before and very much enjoyed) was literally missing a few layers. There were 2 noodles and a bit of mozzarella cheese. We called the store to report the mistake, and they ensured us we had theright order. After I expressed my displeasure, they eventually agreed to reimburse the dish. The reimbursement never came. Ireally hope Mici's is able to correct their quality control issues. I look forward to being able to order from them again. Read more

Mici is still very good and the quality and quality is much better than other Italian restaurant's in Parker. They had a bad... night last Saturday and it wasn't the fault of the employees! They were very short staffed and overwhelmed with catering andtake out orders. They are usually running smoothly. Don't let one incident keep you from coming back.
