Ordered from here for a long time and they always delivered their pizzas themselves which is why I prefer to order from them... versus doordash which has zero accountability, and is wrong and cold 90% of the time. but my last pizza was delivered bydoordash unfortunately. If I?m willing to pay $70 for bread sauce and cheese you should be able to deliver your own products toyour customers. Last pizza ordered. Read more
The staff seem okay. The food was fine. The big issue is that if they run out of something on your order, they won't call to... tell you. They won't replace that item with something of similar value. They also won't issue you a refund. They will just offeryou a credit that expires in 60 days. Read more

We ordered the big box deal. We ordered a Supreme, and a Meat Lovers. They made both pizza's Supreme, and had toppings on... wrong pizza. We also ordered Cinnamon sticks with extra icing, but didn't get the extra icing. We had special instructionsasking No Doorbell Please Knock. When order arrived we were 10 ft away from front door waiting for a knock. The driver neverknocked, and just left in on our porch. When we called the manager said she would talk to driver about knocking since it was inthe instructions. She also said she would send out a replacement Cinnamon sticks with an extra icing. We waited again, andagain the driver just left it on our porch with out knocking. The order also was just 2 regular icings. We never got the creamcheese icing we paid for. We debated about the tip since PH charges almost $6 for delivery fee which the drive doesn't see. Sowe left a bit over $6 for the tip. Next time no tip since driver's can't follow instructions, and at least knock to let someoneknow their food has arrived. Read more
