Tried out Ramen Eight for the first time about 5 weeks ago. We have been going once a week ever since. This is as close to... authentic Japanese Ramen as it gets! Beautiful flavour profiles, and presentation. The broth is delicious! The dumplings areout of this world! The noodles are perfection. Charming atmosphere, very friendly staff, good service.Try the "ParksvilleRamen", it won't disappoint. Highly recommended. Will try and add some photos to this review in the near future. Read more
Our family of four went out for a late lunch. It was a great atmosphere. Airy, comfortable, felt spacious. Had enough room for 4... tables of 4. We loved our meals. I had the Wonton Soup and my husband had the Pulled Pork Ramen. Read more

Update: Went back a second time and had the Special - Ginger Shoyu. The wontons were so flavourful. What am incredible hidden... gem. I had the black tonkotsu and it was perfect. Pork was tender, broth was so flavourful, and the noodles were just right.Gyoza were so good! The woman working was so kind and attentive. Food was quick. Place is very small (4 tables), so you mightwant to make a reservation. Wish I lived nearby so I could go back again soon! Read more

Excellent food at a great price with quick, friendly service. They have a good diversity of types with some rice dishes for... those who prefer something other than Ramen. Our Ramen was amazing. We would recommend adding the black garlic oil, it wasawesome. Dessert is a must have; we had the vanilla mocha icecream and were very impressed. Would recommend getting areservation during peak times to ensure you get the opportunity to try their food! If we lived in the area, we would definitelybe back regularly!
