I love this place,you can have a different sub over a months period an never eat the same sub twice.i ordered the Italian sub... and the cheeseburger sub which I highly recommend.im very fortunate to have this place so close to my home.the prices areoutstanding and the sides were fantastic.thr people working there are very friendly. Big Wally's Subs is nothing less than amazing. The staff is remarkable. Kind, respectful, and quick. The food is outstanding,... and extremely filling. They will literally do whatever you ask for if they are capable of doing so (and they usually are). TheyDO NOT hold back when they make your food either. The sandwiches are LOADED, never ever skimpy. A 1/2 a sub can last me anentire day. And their Home-made Coleslaw.... phenomenal. I always recommend this place to pretty much everyone I meet even ifthey aren't from the area. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I hope anyone that reads this goes and triestheir food. Best breakfast and lunch spot in Sayreville hands down. Read more
Seems like I'm an outlier from the rest of the reviews, but I grew up on these subs. Place has gone downhill a little bit over... the years. I used to swear by Wally's, but my last handful of visits, the sandwiches were just mediocre. Oven Roasted Turkeytastes of a lower quality. I wasn't the only one to point it out either. Bottom line, still better than wawa or quick check.But not what they used to be. Read more
Not from the area wife found they place and brought lunch tried a few cold and hot sub options with sides pickles etc and all I... can say is wow the quality was exceptional the price was great and the service and staff were above and beyond friendly I canwait to try some other dishes before I leave this will be the new standard to which I hold subs every where I go now Read more
