Absolutely worse employee/location. I will keep this very simple. At 10:30PM I ordered two large fries. That?s it. Nothing more.... No wings. They said 10:45PM order will be done. I get there. I tell them my name to pick up. They ignored to check for my order.I waited till 11:00PM. I said all I have is an order of two large fries. 5 people already got their wing orders. They went tocheck and searching for me order ticket. They got all confused. Then they said at 11:10PM your order was never made. I said butI was told it would be done at 10:45PM. They said rudely, nothing is ever done the way you want. I said but it?s 11:15PM andit?s been 45 mins for two orders of fries. They said that?s how it is. Can?t do nothing about it. I said well when will it bedone? They said they don?t know. I was shocked. They didn?t apologize. They did nothing. They said I have to wait. I mean am Imissing something? I?m not trying to cause a problem. They simply didn?t make it and instead of apologizing and recognizing,they just kept rudely discarding any conversation about these two fries. I didn?t even see anyone get any fries in the 45 mins Ibeen waiting, just wings. It?s just unpleasant to be treated like this over two orders of fries. It?s not worth the hassle nomore. Read more

If I could give a 0 I would. Came in to pick up a online order with a friend but also place my own order inside the store. Yes... it was late 11:35pm but this location is open until 12 (says no notice of last order timing for in person orders). Walked up tothe counter and waited a few minutes to be greeted. I asked to place an order to a young female at the register, she walked awayand brought over a man named Pierre. Pierre rudely told me that online orders end at 11:30, I then stated I was placing an ordernow not doing anything online. He then told me ?he had turned the fryers off and would not accept my order?. I stated that I wasa little confused since the door said that they were open until 12 and have no where posted inside the restaurant that there isa cut off time to place in store orders. He then started to get very rude and repeated several times that he ?turned the fryersoff? and they weren?t taking anymore ?online orders?. My friend then wanted to get refunded for his order due to the interactingthat had happened and did not want to support a business that treats customers rudely. Pierre then stated that he will not givea refund and that he can only remake the food. At this point we asked to please speak with a manager, Pierre seemed to not haveliked that request as he slide the online order across the counter and said we ?take the food? or ?take the receipt? and contactthe owner Eric and he would take care of the refund. I?m upset over the interaction I do understand that yes it was a late and alittle under half an hour until close?it was also a Saturday night where people are out later and eat later than usual. Worst and most memorable experience ever. My wife went inside to order my wings and brought to the attention of staff that they... were overcharging people because the menu has a lower price than the shown on the board. They tried to shrug it off so to speakand said that the system tells them a different price and that?s what they have to charge. My wife told them that if they referpeople to read the menu then the prices should match and that it is illegal to advertise one price, but try and charge peoplesomething else. Meanwhile there was a Caucasian lady who was standing there agreeing with my wife and saying that she had beenwaiting over an hour for food and they overcharged her as well, so she was about to cancel her order. The manager came out andtried to act authoritative saying that she?d comp my wife?s order if she?d stop yelling. Mind you, my wife never raised hervoice ? she was just educating them. The Caucasian lady told the manager that my wife wasn?t yelling and made light of the factthat it was the manager that came out yelling. So the manager starts arguing with the lady. After all that, my places the orderwith the manager because she told the staff not to address her. After several minutes, my wife goes back inside to check andmake sure the order was actually placed, which it wasn?t. The manager at this point has told the staff not to take any ordersfrom my wife, accuses her of standing in front of customers and making the staff uncomfortable because she?s staring at her andthem. Mind you, my wife was only standing at the register waiting to find out about the order. She tells my wife to leave herstore and says she?s going to call the cops if she doesn?t leave. My wife tried to defend herself, but it didn?t work. The womancalled the cops and my wife stood her ground by sitting down and waiting for cops to arrive to make sure her story was heard.Then she gets insulting by saying maybe she should leave and be a real mom. Very very slow service. Pretty basic order took 40 minutes to complete. There were several staff members "working" but only one... appeared to actually be doing anything, despite the large number of orders to fulfill. Giving two stars only because, by thetime we actually received the food, the order was correct and the food was good. Read more
