Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT STOP HERE FOR ANY REASON. If you need to use the washroom, go anywhere else in Parry Sound.... Arrived half an hour before dining closed, were told AFTER receiving our trays that they were closing in 15 minutes (15 minutesBEFORE the posted time). They then proceeded to rush us by cleaning up in the immediate area next to our table, swept garbageDIRECTLY into one of our groups feet while refilling their drink, BARRICADED us at our table, and locked the front doors beforetheir posted closed time then yelled at us to go through the front doors when that was exactly what we were trying to do. How inthe world is this acceptable customer service???? Short staff was NOT an excuse, there were plenty of them standing aroundstaring at us talking about getting us to leave before 7pm. Will not return and will tell everybody I know about this garbagebehaviour. Read more
Pretty disappointing when you go to order chicken at 3 in the afternoon and they tell you it's not ready yet on the Swiss Chalet... part. Maybe Harvey's should just stick to burgers. Read more
