Great food and not skimpy portions. Extremely generous with top quality bacon on the BLT. Also my husband said his burger was... excellent and generous, as well. I never have even thought to comment on 'quantity,' in any review but it was almost an $11.BLT and completely reasonable for what we were served and thoroughly enjoyed. Waitress seemed preoccupied, most of the entiretime chatting with some bar patrons and giving food to some non-paying customer who came in looking hungry and a little roughbut she was not even casually friendly or engaging to us. We were in no particular hurry, however she was not at all attentive,and there was only one other occupied booth. Food was great, but it would be frustrating if we had someplace to be or a scheduleto keep. We had been finished fifteen minutes and my husband finally went to the car to wait. He waited ten more minutes while Iwaited for the check, but she did not notice any of that even happened. We were utterly ignored and she never even looked ourway and returned once, immediately after serving us, then never return at all until we waited almost a half hour for the check.No way to catch her eye because she never even looked in our general direction. Chicken breast on my wife's sandwich was tough. My burger was fair. Service was poor. One waitress & we got there at shift... change. She brought our meal & bill. Wanted paid so she would get her tip before she left. Never seen next waitress. No one cameby to give a water refill. The one drink with meal was it. Read more
