First off let me say it?s sad the way all business is going after the pandemic in many places including this one now. and I... thought that when you speak to owners,they should own up to their errors and make it up to their patrons but I guess it?sbetter to make a ick buck and lose future business. So long story short been ordering from these guys for last couple years theneverything started falling off. First the quality of the meats and veg rice being underdone and hard.then the chicken being pinkat times. Then the portions being very noticeably cut. And the latest one being my order completely being ignored after morethan an hour being placed. There are plenty of other places to get quality ingredients and decent customer service.sadly I wouldexpect The owner Byron to handle the situation but he made it very clear he cares more about the money he can make other thanthe satisfaction of his customers.
