The line is alwaaaays long but worth it. The food quality is A1. Check your bag if you request any modifications because... oftentimes I have to say "sorry, I asked for double crunchy bell peppers" but mostly kids work here so I'm patient with them.They're trying lol always so pleasant but oftentimes forgetful and that's ok. I will always return and I prefer this locationover the Glendale / Americana location which is closer but they don't have parking or a drive thru so I'll take that extra hiketo pasadena for the convenience of not having to leave my car. My friends and I were... dining in, and the manager on shift, Arnie, was such a nice guy?he was super funny and he convinced some of the staff we werefamous (even though we weren?t) and it was a whole fun thing, he was very nice with his staff about it too and just had reallygood energy! much appreciated that there are managers still out there like him that can have a good time. I have never been to Chick-fil-A and this was the first time I entered to order some breakfast. They were very attentive and... were kind to bring my order to me and to even clean the table although I have told them I could have done it myself. But theyinsisted so it was hard to refuse.
