Had a quaint, family friendly environment. The breakfast was very fair in price considering our usual breakfast staple raised... their price recently, and I would rather support a small business like this than Ihop. Would highly recommend going here forbrunch. Had a good time ???? Read more

Great little gem of a restaurant. Chocolate chip pancakes light and fluffy, eggs noticeably fresh,, corned beef hash was to... die for. Cookie, one of the owners has operated this place for 37 years. My server Dawn has been there since she was 15. Veryattentive and super friendly. Two cooks at the counter were amazing to watch in action. It's a must when on this area! Read more

I recently moved up here, Cookies has easily become one of my favorite places to come every Sunday with good food, very nice... staff and a atmosphere that reminds me of the southern dinners I grew up going to it made me feel at home but Sunday myboyfriend and I decided to sit at the bar, BIG MISTAKE! The cooks touching all the cooking equipment and than touching ALL thefood. We just asked for our food to go and even paid, but what we saw next we just got up and left without the food ( which wewere not going to eat after what we saw) . The women behind the counter that was touching the bread with her bare hands droppedsome home fries on the counter and proceeded to pick up the dropped food and put it back in my to go box, then make a breakfastsandwich and proceeds to press down the sandwich, with her bare hands before putting it on a plate to be served to a guest.That?s just a few things we saw that made my stomach turn, as someone who use to work in the food industry it blows my mind.Needless to say we won?t be going back which is sad because we did enjoy it and it use to honestly be the highlight of myweekend?. :( Read more
