Dont even bother going to the pasadena taco bell. I keep trying to give this taco bell chances but every time I go the drive... through is 45 minutes even if it's 3 cars and they never get the order right. I have ended up leaving 3 times and lastnight likeevery other night the employees are standing around in a group laughing and talking and playing on their phones. They dont tellanyone why you are wait or sorry it's going be a minute something is wrong they just stand there. When I pulled out of the lineand pulled up to the window they all saw me watching them stand around and they scattered to the back. I am very displeased. After a long night of halloween walking around for hours on end STARVING.We decided to go to taco bell, we... went in a noticed it was very busy but we decided still to go. We go in and do it on the touch screen tablet at start puttingare order in, after putting are order in we go to sit down and wait. After 30 MINUTES me and my friend are thinking ?Hm maybe weshould see if are order is almost ready?. By this time people that have came in after us were getting their order BEFORE US. Sowe wanted to go and ask what was up. My friend VERY VERY politely asked ?Can you see is are order is almost ready?? ANDDD thisemployee had the AUDACITY to get an attitude with her??
