Honestly this was a terrible experience. I went at 9:40pm & the drive thru menu lights were off so I couldn't see anything. The... lady didn't answer instantly either.. I asked the lady to give me a minute and she just tried to rush me but I was getting myorder correct. Then she was rude at the window and didn't give me the correct receipt. They are open until midnight, but wantedto be lazy and look like they were closed. Can't make money when you look like you're closed SMH. Read more
I gave one star, only because it wouldn't let me post my review without one.. Sunday 8/7/22 around 5pm, I went thru the drive... thru. The lady taking my order couldn't hear me. So, I drove up to window. Showed her my code for 2 small whopper meals. Ispecified mustard whopper (no mayo, no ketchup) get home and they put mayo & mustard. I called spoke to Gemma told hereverything. She asked if I had my receipt I said yes. Then I realized I paid cash & didn't get one. I informed her I couldn'teat mayo. But, neither could I driving back. SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I called back, someone picked up , then it went to fax...Ughhhhhh. Corporate office you need to train your employees on customer service.
