Had an early dinner at Chuy's. The food and service was great! Differently will be going back.
I liked that they had choice of a sauce for the enchiladas. The green chili sauces were fantastic. The red chili sauce was my... choice. I wish the menu was bigger than 4 items. Unique tex-mex flavors done well. Great atmosphere and service. The chips are nice and thin and the salsa has a slight kick and... great taste. Even the rice and refried beans have such good flavor you could eat it as a meal. I had the Elvis presley combowhich has a little of several things, and too much food to finish! TexMex was ok, nothing special. Service needs work, waitress was attentive, but then she disappeared. Hard to get that beer.
