I'm just leaving the place as of now and I'm very disappointed in the customer service I usually go in and ignore the lady's... behavior because of my color and I try my best to not interjected into my experience but today was one of those experience whereI knew she really didn't want me to eat her food she went and purposely picked over until she found the darkest rib and Iexplained to her that I did not want my rib that dark or burnt she in return told me we do not cook the order and I asked herwhy did she pick over all those ribs and she told me she started cutting so I had to get that order and then she said never mindI will not sell you something that you don't want and refuse to sell me any food I kind of figured that she didn't wantAfrican-American people into her shop I will not deny that she have decent food but she do not know how to treat people that arenot Caucasian Read more
Great BBQ and large portions for the price. Friendly staff as well. Update 9/23/22. This was my third time eating here and the... family's very 1st. I had to personally call and tell them how amazing the food was and how much we enjoyed it. Needless to saywe'll be regulars now. Rob's on the Side is hands down the best food we've had in South Mississippi. If I could give 100 stars Ireally would. Keep doing GREAT things.
