Usually they forget to give me some of the items in my order, it happens consistently. I understand that they may be under... staffed and overwhelmed but when I go in to get what I paid for I receive attitude or dirty looks from the workers when I justwant what I paid for and am not rude about it. I ask nicely and they act as if they couldn?t be bothered at times. Other times Ido not have the time to look into the bag and make sure everything is there and don?t notice until I?m all the way home and amout the money I spent on items I didn?t even get. Read more
One of the worst and extremely rude employees in this location. Also the shake machine is broken almost every other day cause... the workers here do not want to clean it or be bothered with making anyone a shake! Read more
During the extreme heat this summer, they haven?t been letting customers into the building to eat. Well that is for certain... customers, as they did let others into the store and told me that ?they were only processing orders through the drive-thru.?Which was completely false. Will not be returning. Would give 0 stars if possible. Lack of customer service needs to urgently beaddressed. Read more
Wonderful service! I haven't always gotten my order back correct, but I come here often enough that's to be expect, what stands... out is the employees. Always smiling, always well mannered, always working hard. Thank you. There are places I avoid because theemployees aren't friendly. You guys, however, get five stars for how wonderful you are! I went thru the drive thru. Jazmin on Rd 68 Burden Jack in the box helped me late at night. And regardless of how late it was... she was kind and friendly and got my entire order correct. We are happy to come back again. Read more
We went through the drive through at this location. Service was good and quick. But they discontinued the bacon cheddar potato... wedges and gave us this slop. Not even filled up. Just thrown in. Doesn't look appetizing. Reply to the "owner". No I'm okay. Idon't need to look at a website on "how the food is supposed to look" just to be disappointed again. I just know the quality ofyour products has decreased significantly and wanted others to see what to expect from that location. I will definitely not bereturning to that location or ordering that off the menu. $4 not well spent. Read more
