I had two mobile orders to pick-up. One order had no salt fries so I had to pull around and have order brought out to me. The... other were two shakes. My first order went to someone else, so they had to remake it. In the wait I reminded a crew member ofthe shake order. In all we waited 19 minutes and had to remind again about the shakes as they didnt bring them with the otherorder. We were able to see the counter area and seen as he grabbed the shakes that had been sitting there for 20 minutes now. Iwould have said something more, but I just wanted out of there. When I opened the Quarter Pounder I was surprised to find out itwas cold. It must have been the original burger from the first try. Very sad especially at the prices they charge now in orderto pay $15/hr to the incompetent crew they hire. Read more
