I was really happy to hear manager giving encouragement and helping coworkers plus making sure the store is clean and food good.... Last time here a fat white lady manager was real mouthy with a black employee to the point I thought he was doing real good atnot slapping her silly! Plus the place was still a mess just an hour after lunch rush but not this time. Workers are actuallycleaning during the rush. This is way better than the N Richland store now! The next best thing to real Mexican food. Easy, cheap, and flavorful. But always check that your order is correct before you... leave the parking lot. 9 times out of 10, my order is wrong. Doesn't even matter which Taco Bell you go to, it's inevitable. Read more
Horrible experience. Order my food online for pickup. Went through the drive through and was told that they didn?t receive... anything on their part. At first the lady said i probably have the wrong location for pick up. I showed her the information onmy phone for confirmation. Indeed, it was their location. I told the lady that I?d be happy to order another order and pay forit AGAIN. She told me she have customers behind me, and insists that I go around the drive through, again. Treated me like I?mnot a customer! I drove around, then was told that my order was there the whole time. What a horrible experience. Read more
It's Taco Bell, the same 7 ingredients done several different ways. You know if you like it at this point. This specific store... has fresh ingredients with good filling on the burritos. No stale tortillas or shells here. Read more
What can say, it's still not Taco Bell in Canada and you can certainly thank your lucky stars for that! Don't even bother eating... at Taco Bell up there let alone telling anyone your American. I ordered a burrito I wasn?t sure had sour cream on it. I asked at the window to have it removed. The women at the window said... it wasn?t an issue and called to the back to have it remade. The women in the back started to complain and said how theywouldn?t remake it the next time because I?m wasting product. Loud enough for me to hear. As someone who?s worked in the fastfood industry I have seen the behind the scenes of counting the product that?s ?wasted? at the end of the day. How dare theytell me the paying customer they refuse to make what I ordered the way I would like and enjoy to eat it. Read more
