This place used to be amazing. Huge portions, decent prices and friendly servers. They must’ve changed owners because this... place is completely different. It’s no longer table service, you go to the counter to order. Servers are very curt. All of ourfavorites on the menu were no longer there and the menu shrunk in size. The portions also shrunk in size but the pricesincreased. I wish it was how it used to be. As it stands, there’s nothing worth going back to. Been in Paso for 6 months, never thought to stop by the big awesome cowboy ranch for some BBQ. This place is phenomenal and the... staff is fantastic. I honestly can't stand country music, but this place has such a charm, I caught myself tapping my toes tothe loudspeaker tunes while tossing back my second cold beer. Meat prices are high everywhere but they've managed to keep pricesreasonable especially when you consider the work it takes in cooking BBQ.
