This distillery is the best hidden gem on the central coast. Best mixed cocktails ever, favorite spirits of all time, and the... staff is incredible! When you first walk in, the place is decorated lightly, in a very gorgeous well sized setting. Enjoyed an amazing tour and experience at Calwise. Beautiful distillery and naturally sourced ingredients made for some... delicious spirits. Really enjoyed the tour from the owner showcasing and smelling individual components and ingredients beforetrying a small taste of the spirit. Very impressed by the spiced rum, and walked away with a few bottles. Also impressive isCalwise has licensing to serve cocktails and food along with the production facility. Great space to grab a well-balanced cocktail in Tin City with friends after work. They have a full Cocktail bar and restaurant.... The food is surprisingly tasty and definitely pairs well with their expertly crafted cocktails.
