We had a wonderful celebratory birthday dinner at Hemingway Steakhouse on 9/17. The food was amazing, the wine was fabulous and... both Daren and Alex, the owners made our experiences even more special. The steakhouse and winery are now our go-to places tovisit whenever we are in town. We came to Paso Robles to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We had the day planned out and our last unplanned tasting was at... Ernest Hemingway. So glad we decided to just pop in without reservations for 12 people! What a gem! The guys welcomed us andtreated us with such great hospitality. It was the best tasting experience we had all weekend!! The decors was modern, hip butwith a relax charm to it. We ordered the charcuterie platter. All the game meat sausage and the dipping sauce was amazing. Theblueberry duck sausage and blue cheese sausage was a great pairing with the Cab. My favorite wine tasting experience in PasoRobles. Their Pinot Noir was my favorite wine, intense flavor and long finish almost taste more like a Cabernet. The Cabernetwas amazing as well. They made our 20th anniversary so memorable. Read more
