They say make it your way but they charge you extra. They're very greedy in passaic New Jersey.
Food is good, sometimes the zesty parmesan is over baked. The service is cool but the owner he does a little too much... he... moves too fast MEANING there can be a customer getting their toppings from the employee and he's hoping over them back and forthtaking two more orders so now there's sandwiches backed up and doing the cash register like SLOW DOWN! A few times he hasforgotten to put a certain meat on my sandwich and its becoming annoying. He seems to be the only one allowed to cut the meats. Mind you I've been going here since I was a child. His problem is you tell him what you want and he half listens.. I shouldnthave to tell you about THREE times or more what I want. So again I say SLOW DOWN.
