I found myself in Passaic for the first time, and desperately needed some food. Los Gueros is a small local taqueria chain (I... usually avoid chains but this has only something like 8 locations so gave it a go) Sure I?ve had better tacos. But I?ve also hadMANY worse tacos. The pastor with the spicy red salsa (the perfect amount of kick to this salsa) were exactly what I wantedalong with some Agua de Jamaica. I?d like to explore other places if I ever find myself back in Passaic, but would gladly comehere again. Read more

This place ia great. The service was friendly and the tacos taste great. I got the chicken. Tacos. I will say by them selves... they are a bit dry. However the chicken is well seasoned and flavorful. I added the green sauce to my taco which did the trick.Either way there's alot of flavor on the chicken just a bit dry without the sauce. Read more

Horrible service I went in for lunch hungry and left even hungrier. I ordered shrimp tacos and they were unbearable to eat do to... the spice. I explained to my waitress that they were to spicy nothing was done to accommodate me or my discomfort. I watched asmy waitress went to talk with who appeared to be the owner or a manager and they completely disregarded my complaint. To thepoint where I felt as if I was being ignored. I just asked for my bill at that point. I feel as if that should be somethingexplained on the menu because not everyone can eat spices. Especially some like myself due to health issues which I explain tomy waitress. The worst $30 spent ever I was so upset I could cry and just needed to get out of there. Felt so bad to feelignored especially as a paying customer. Who only wanted to eat because I only had an 30 min lunch break and had to do another 5hrs of work after.
